    Last month, Microsoft pushed out a major update to its beta version of the Launcher, the Android app that's been quite successful since its release.     An update to the OnePlus Gallery app on the Google Play Store will allow some older OnePlus models to edit video using features found on the OnePlus 6. These features were already on the Gallery app that was included on the latest OnePlus handset when it launched, or were added to the Gallery app via a subsequent OTA update. The updated OnePlus Gallery app is available for models as old as the OnePlus 3.

    Android 9.0 P will be released to the public in August 2018, but beta testers can already install it on Google's own Pixel devices and a select few other phones. In the latest release, there's a fairly hidden setting that lets you enable a system-wide dark theme that changes the look of your Quick Settings panel and other menus.
    It's similar to the automatic system theme that was introduced in Android 8.1 Oreo, except you no longer have to use a black or dark wallpaper to trigger it. Instead, you can manually choose a light theme, dark theme, or the existing automatic theme.
